Raghu is a senior banking executive with over 23 years of international experience across the Middle East and South Asia, with deep expertise in Digital, Business Transformation, Performance Management, Data & Analytics, and Operations.

He most recently served as Head of Digital Banking, Performance & Data Management for the Wealth & Retail Banking business at Standard Chartered Bank in Bahrain, where he led multi-market transformation initiatives, strengthened performance management frameworks, and supported strategy execution across the Northern Gulf and Levant. His experience includes P&L oversight, business planning, and driving data-led insights to enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.

At InvestGate, Raghuvir leads the firm’s overall operating platform, with responsibility for building scalable processes, embedding digital capabilities, strengthening governance and controls, enhancing data and performance management frameworks, and ensuring seamless coordination across business, regulatory, and support functions. He plays a central role in driving operational readiness for new verticals, supporting regional expansion, and shaping the firm’s long-term operating strategy.
